Where everyone's a star!

Meet the director,
Dianne Upham
Dianne Upham was a two-time State Champion in her youth. She parlayed that talent into a successful high school competition career and was awarded a college scholarship. A knee injury caused her to lose her scholarship and eventually halted her competition career in gymnastics. Despite the injury, her love of the sport never extinguished.
Dianne continued with her passion by coaching and owning gyms. Then six years ago Dianne brought her expertise to the Verde Valley.
She started with around 50 kids attending classes. Very soon after, she faced a busy schedule comprised of 80 students. Dianne realized there was a great demand for gymnastics in the Verde Valley. Dianne began renting from the fairgrounds in June, 2006. During the time at the fairgrounds, her enrollment continued to grow and with the help of the mothers involved and word of mouth. Flip City continues to grow.
In August 2009 Flip City moved to 781 Air Park Way, where she currently has close to 200 students of all skill levels and ages.
Dianne has employed knowledgeable coaches to accommodate for the mass influx of aspiring young successful athletes as well as those merely in search of fun and exercise.
Flip City hosts birthday parties, an open gym, parent's night out (an opportunity for parents to drop off their children for four hours and get some alone time), preschool gymnastics camps, Gym-N-Learn and recreational gymnastic camps.
