Thank you for your interest in Flip City  Gymnastics. We want both you and your child to enjoy our gym. The following policies are designed to ensure that your experience is a positive one, and to help us keep the gym running in a professional and safe manner. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please feel free to speak with any of our staff members.

LEVELS
In the sport of gymnastics, levels are used to aid in progressive teaching. Each level consists of a set of skills the gymnast must master on each apparatus before moving to the next level. A coach will determine a child's progress by using these levels, with input from the parent and gymnast.
* Level 1 is the first, or beginner level in artistic gymnastics
* Level 2 is more advanced, and so on through Level 10

** All students are required to pay an annual $40.00 membership fee. This fee will cover registration and insurance cost.

** Early Bird Week will be held the week prior to each session. A $10 credit will be applied to your account when payment is received during this week. All credit cards on file will be billed on the first day of Early Bird Week and the discount will be applied. If your child will not be participating in the next session, you must give the front office one week prior notice, otherwise your card on file and or your account will be billed and no refund will be given. A credit will be applied to the account for that session and you may use your credit for future services.

** A student may enroll at any time during a session. Class fees will be pro-rated. ** No Refunds or Credits for missed classes or dropped classes. NO EXCEPTIONS.             

** We will offer 2 make up classes per session only if there is a class available. NO EXCEPTIONS.(Make up classes are not a guarantee!) Make up class must be scheduled prior to missed class or the day of absence. If you do not inform us of your child’s absence, a make up class will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make ups must be completed in the same session. NO EXCEPTIONS.              

** We reserve the right to remove a child from class because of disciplinary reasons.

** Parents- We ask that you please come inside to pick up your child after class. Do not have them wait outside by them selves. In the event of an emergency and you will be late to pick up your child, please call before class is over to notify us.

** Parents may observe classes at time during a session through our viewing windows. Please do not stand in the doorways or enter the gym areas.

** A $30.00 service charge will be assessed for returned checks. ** We reserve the right to drop any class that has fewer than 4 students enrolled.

** All accounts must be paid in full by 2nd week of session to continue participation in the program.

** All parents with emails on file, may log on to their accounts by going to our website:      www.flipcitygym.org .

You can pay your bills, register for events or new classes on this site.

CLOTHING
Girls are required to wear a leotard. If tights are worn, they must be footless. Boys are asked to wear gym shorts without zippers or buttons and a T-shirt. Hair must be tied back and out of face. No shoes or socks are needed. No jewelry, please.
