FLIP CITY POLICIESThank you for your interest in Flip City Gymnastics. We want both you and your child to enjoy our gym. The following policies are designed to ensure that your experience is a positive one, and to help us keep the gym running in a professional and safe manner. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please feel free to speak with any of our staff members. LEVELS In the sport of gymnastics, levels are used to aid in progressive teaching. Each level consists of a set of skills the gymnast must master on each apparatus before moving to the next level. A coach will determine a child's progress by using these levels, with input from the parent and gymnast.
PAYMENT TERMS (revised July 2006) Tuition is paid based on an 8 week session. We cannot hold your space in class until payment is received. To receive our session discount price, you may pay during our Early Bird Week. If you pay after the Early Bird Week, Tuition is at the normal price. *(Please note the difference in tuition prices!) A $30 fee will be assigned for all returned checks. REGISTRATION FEE An annual registration fee of $25 per student is due August 1st. This fee will be prorated quarterly for those students enrolling during the year. Registration is required of all students, including private lessons. MAKE-UPS (revised February 2007) When you register your child for a session, you are paying for your child's place in that class, not their attendance. We do not promise, or owe, make-up classes and excessive make-up requests will not be allowed. However, we understand that illnesses do happen and we will try to allow for make-ups on a space available basis for illness as follows:
